We currently deliver worldwide.
For orders within Malaysia, we will be using the a selection of local courier provider including but not limited to Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, Skynet, Nationwide Express or Pgeon depending on your delivery address and their service coverage area. You may state your preferred service provider during checkout however it is at our sole discretion to decide on the service provider.
For worldwide deliveries, we will be shipping using Registered Post or selected courier providers depending on your location.
A tracking number for your parcel will be e-mailed to you once we have dispatched the items.
Unless otherwise stated or for pre-order items, we will usually send the order out within 5 business days. Please take note that shipping time also depends on the volume of parcels by our shipping provider. You are advised to contact the shipping provider directly to track your parcel or request for any updates on your shipment status.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate as we try not to allow amendments after the order is placed.
